Moi is in a small private test with family and friends. If something isn’t working, or you’re not sure what to do, just get in touch. There are no silly questions.

Signing in

Moi sends a sign-in code to your email each time. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder. Moi is invite-only for now, so it only works with the email address you were invited with.

Moi will never ask for your password or bank details.

Recording

Find a quiet spot, hold your phone as you would for a call, and talk as if to a friend. If you get interrupted, Moi pauses and keeps what you’ve said so far.

Deleting a recording or your account

To delete a recording, open it in Stories and choose Delete this recording. To delete everything, go to Account and choose Delete my account. You’ll be asked to confirm with a code we email you.
